Our Mission

We believe in creating a space where kids are excited to be; where children learn about the word, hide it in their hearts, and are challenged to apply it to their lives; where worship and prayer are taken beyond the walls of a building and find roots in homes, schools, and community through an active relationship with Jesus. We believe in partnering with families by providing tools for parents and guardians in an ever changing and inconsistent world. We are committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus to every child that we have the opportunity to meet.

Our mission is that each child who enters through our doors and graduates from our program will leave knowing that they have been hand Crafted, Created by God, and Geared for a Purpose.

Safety

Your child’s safety is our first priority. All CR KIDS volunteers pass a background check, and we have a retired police officer on site  as well as our own security team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship service.

Your child is important to us. To help maintain our secure check-in system, on your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs, etc.) for each child. This information is entered into our secure CRAFTED KIDS database and will not be shared.

4th/5th Ministries

Fourth and Fifth grade are vital transitory years, and we want to walk it well with our Crafted students. We are committed to strengthening friendships, building a strong community, giving growth opportunities, and diving deeper into discipleship than ever before. There are several opportunities geared for 4th/5th grade students.

  • Student Leadership

We believe in training and equipping our students to be servant hearted by giving them opportunity. Our 4th and 5th grade student leaders serve in our kids ministry through assisting the teacher, helping facilitate games, running our computer, and leading by example.

  • First Friday Breakfast

We believe some of the best discipleship happens around a table; which is why we are committed to picking up 4th/5th grade students before school the first Friday of every month during the school year. All transportation and costs are covered.
